Elisabetta Geppetti, the soul of Fattoria Le Pupille since its beginnings, now leads the estate alongside her children, Clara and Ettore. Harvest after harvest, their shared vision brings forth authentic and remarkable expressions of this terroir.
It was her father-in-law Alfredo known to his friends as Fredi—who passed on to a very young Elisabetta his love of the vine. To this deep-rooted connection, she added an ambitious dream: to craft wines of excellence while showcasing the terroir of Maremma, then still largely undiscovered. The family has worked tirelessly to make Fattoria Le Pupille one of the finest ambassadors of the Maremma and the Morellino di Scansano appellation around the world.
A story that takes root in Maremma, on the southern coast of Tuscany, where the Tyrrhenian Sea brushes against rolling hills rising toward Monte Amiata.
